Engaging Ai as a Prime Collaborator responsibly

Creative Realities believes in the power of human thought as the foundation of innovation.
Not just rational thought, but the kind that leaps beyond logic—abstract thinking, intuitive insight, and imaginative vision. We believe that true innovation is sparked when people collaborate, challenging and inspiring one another in ways no individual mind could achieve alone.
We also embrace the evolving potential of Ai—Augmented Intelligence—as a powerful new tool & collaborator. Built on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, this technology offers extraordinary capabilities. Yet, we do not believe innovation can be fully delegated to machines.
The people we serve are inherently human. Their needs, emotions, and aspirations require empathy, insight, and understanding -- qualities that cannot be replaced by machine learning, only augmented intelligence.
That’s why CRI is actively exploring and implementing what we call CRAi©: Creative Realities Augmented Intelligence. It’s our commitment to harnessing the power of AI not to replace human creativity, but to amplify it. Through CRAi©, we’re discovering new ways to enhance our process, elevate our value, and deliver even greater impact for our clients.
You can count on us to respect and work within the AI parameters and guidelines you have set for your business. We’ve also set clear ground rules for ourselves to ensure responsible and transparent use.
We DO use Augmented Intelligence to:
Enrich our Discovery process by generating fresh search logic and terminology that expands how we explore a topic.
Search and scan public databases for relevant articles, journals, syndicated research, and published trend data—broadening our access to existing knowledge.
Distill, sort, and synthesize information from public sources. AI helps identify recurring themes and potential insights, which our human team also evaluates independently to ensure comprehensive, unbiased interpretation.
Collaborate in ideation, offering implications and provocative thought-starters that push our human thinking further and spark new perspectives.
Refine our communication, assisting with language development in summaries and insights, and creating proprietary, focused visuals that help bring our stories to life.
Reduce overall project time, what used to take months, we can now do in weeks, aligning our program timetables to the various needs of our client organizations and their resources
Speed up Test & Learn materials, allowing fast iterations of both graphic representations and verbal stimuli.
Learn about and adapt our approach to innovation, ensuring that we keep moving forward in this ever-changing world.
At CRI, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical use when integrating Augmented Intelligence into our work.
As part of this commitment,
We do not:
· Use Ai without clearly sharing these rules upfront to ensure transparency and alignment with expectations and/or restrictions
· Input, store, or process any proprietary client information in our AI-augmented activities. *
· Use AI platforms without clear data usage agreements that guarantee inputs are not stored or used for future model training (e.g. OpenAI’s API with data opt-out, Microsoft Copilot with tenant bound data, etc.) **
· Use the client’s name, brand, or logo in any AI-related research, queries, or outputs. *
· Identify the client as the requestor or owner of any AI-augmented activity. All such work is conducted under the name of Creative Realities, Inc., or attributed to a member of our internal team using CRI email credentials, to further protect and distance the client’s strategic interests from these activities. *
· Allow access by any unauthorized users
*Unless we have clear, written approval from our client team for any variances
**This policy ensures that all AI-supported activities remain securely within CRI’s domain, safeguarding our clients’ privacy and intellectual property at every stage.
